Speaking at the seminar, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan- Director General of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism proposed the national tourism year 2015 in Thanh Hoa province, in which focus on building tourism products along with works of service management. According to Mr. Tuan, a destination not only needs investment of infrastructure, accommodation facilities, environmental hygiene, etc. but also service management to create trust and inspire tourists, and improves prestige for destinations.
Many participants said that a website should be set up to channel common information to numerous people about the heritage. In addition, we should establish a hotline connected to the police, make night markets, further strengthen the communication, promotion, and upgrade roads serving for spiritual tourism, etc.
